Super-aged societies are those where over 20% of the population is 65 or older. Europe has rapidly transitioned from having no super-aged societies in 2000 to over half of its countries being classified as such by 2025. By 2050, Azerbaijan will be the only European country not classified as super-aged, marking a profound demographic shift that will impact economic, healthcare, social, political, and workplace landscapes.
